THE WORKOUTS
Events will be unveiled just one hour before the start of each event’s first heat. Therefore, make sure to prepare as best as possible in advance. From running and strength to swimming, gymnastics, grip strength, and beyond—we throw it all in, leaving no stone unturned!
Its a heart pounding RACE BASED KNOCKOUT COMPETITION designed to add fun and push limits all at once. Our goal is to be inclusive of all fitness level and while still pushing and testing the limits to crown best of the best!
EVENT BREAKDOWN
There are 9 individual events in total over 3 days.
Each events consists of:

BRIEFING
Event briefing will happen 1 hour prior to each event starting

PREP YOUR TEAM
Each event will consist of 10 heats of 10 teams
03
Qualifiers
TOP 5 teams in each heat advance to the semi final of that event
04
Semi Finals
Each semi-final consist of 5 heats of 10 teams with teh top 2 in each heat advancing to the final
05
Finals
The final consists of 1 heat of 10 teams – first over the line WINS
06
Reset
There is 1 overall winner per each event. Once complete we, start all over again with the next event.
This means that no matter what your team will compete in at least 9 events. 27 events if you qualify for all semi and final heats of each event to have a crack at the overall title.
